Information I collect

When you use this website or place an order, I may collect:

  • Billing and delivery address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Artwork files you upload for printing

  • Order and invoice details

  • Basic technical data such as IP address and cookies

I only collect information that is necessary to run the business.

How your information is used

Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • Order Fulfilment: To print your cards, create invoices, and deliver orders.

  • Communication: To send order confirmations, proofs, print schedules and delivery updates.

  • Marketing (optional): If you opt in, you may receive newsletters or updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Legal and accounting obligations: To meet tax and record-keeping requirements.

Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, I process your data because:

  • It is necessary to perform a contact with you (your order);

  • You have given consent (for marketing emails and marketing purposes);

  • I have a legal obligation (tax and accounting records);

  • I have a legitimate interest in running a small printing business.

Artwork files

Artwork files are used primarily to produce your order. With your permission I may also use photographs or images of printed cards for marketing purposes, such as newsletter or website content. You can withdraw permission at any time.

Sharing your information

Your data is never sold. It is only shared, where necessary, with:

  • Delivery providers (eg Royal Mail or DPD): name, address and contact details for delivery;

  • Payment providers: payments are processed securely by third-party providers. I do not store card details;

  • Legal or regulatory bodies: Where required by law.

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Data Retention

  • Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes;

  • Contact details are kept while you are an active customer;

  • Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe;

  • Artwork file are kept only as long as needed, or until you ask for deletion.

Automated decision-making

I do not use automated decision-making or profiling. All decisions relating to orders, artwork, and customer communication involve human review.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you;

  • Correct inaccurate data;

  • Request deletion of your data;

  • Object to marketing;

  • Request restriction of processing.

Children’s data

This website is not intended for children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from chidlren.
